Helpline for patients and relatives

Always on Wednesday between 4 and 6 p.m. you can reach our helpline for patients and relatives at the number:

+49 (0) 221 - 57 77 22 76

If you have been diagnosed with aplastic anaemia or PNH, you've come to the right place! We will help you.

Speaking to us you can learn more about aplastic anaemia, how it can be treated, what to expect after treatment and learn from the experiences of others and experts.

We work closely with specialized haematologists at the University Hospital in Aachen, Essen, Ulm and others to ensure we are as close as possible to the latest scientific findings and patient care. If you have any medical questions, these will be passed on to these doctors directly and by the shortest possible route. Of course, all discussions are treated confidentially and no data is passed on.

The counselling is independent and objective. The information or content of the counselling does not replace a medical consultation. All recommendations are based on experience and correspond to lay knowledge.

We cannot always give you an answer during the consultation, but we can consider together what might help you and how to find a way to get there.

If the above time is not convenient for you, we will be happy to call you back at another time. Please note that your phone number will not be stored by us when you call. If you would like us to call you back, please leave your telephone number clearly on the answering machine, otherwise we will not be able to call you back.

You are not alone.
